You’re on vacation. You’re filming your loved ones in a famous setting. Or just filming a busy street, trying to save the energy of the moment for later enjoyment. The footage is yours, right? Not so fast…
March 2022
It may be a phenomenon local to my neck of the woods, but I don’t think so. I’m seeing ads and announcements for ‘digital transformation conferences’ all over the place. And I don’t get it. This is 2022, not 2015. If someone haven’t taken the transformation plunge yet, it’s too late. Sorry.
Most people I know consider themselves ‘adaptable’ – able and willing to adapt to changing conditions, new challenges etc. fast. Yet I know very few who really are. What’s the problem?
Of course we’re looking for features. We know what we need – and what we want. Color, shape, size, capabilities. Our ‘specs’. But is that what we’re getting? Not really. We’re getting a lot more, and for a while it felt good. Now it’s haunting us.
We really want this to work. Tighten the screw on Russia with sanctions, hoping it will hurt so bad it brings change. Sorry, but it’s a pipe dream. Sanctions are necessary, but they don’t work. Here’s why.
